{"id":20831,"date":"2019-02-11T10:12:18","date_gmt":"2019-02-11T10:12:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/returns\/"},"modified":"2019-02-11T10:12:18","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T10:12:18","slug":"returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/sg\/returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><em>Sometimes it is necessary to send IGT equipment back to our office.<\/em><\/h4>\n<h4><em>If this is the case, please carefully read the information below:<\/em><\/h4>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Important information regarding goods\/equipment to be returned to IGT Testing Systems:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Please send an email to <a href=\"mailto:service@igt.nl\">service@igt.nl<\/a> to announce the return of the goods. After this you will receive a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/sg\/refund-form\/\">Material Return Form (MRF)<\/a><\/strong>. You can also download this form at the bottom of this page.<\/li>\n<li>With the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/sg\/refund-form\/\">Material Return Form (MRF)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0there are instructions for packing and shipping the materials. If these are not sent, incomplete or unclear please contact service and support at <a href=\"mailto:service@igt.nl\">service@igt.nl<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If possible pack the materials in its original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Suitable or original packaging material can be ordered from IGT if required.<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure the equipment is packed in suitable, sturdy and reusable packaging material.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/sg\/refund-form\/\">Material Return Form <\/a>(MRF)<\/strong>\u00a0requests detailed information on the problem or reason for returning the materials. The better and more detailed the description the faster we can support you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Please include a copy of the completed MRF in the shipment so we can trace the materials.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/sg\/refund-form\/\">Material Return Form (MRF)<\/a><\/strong> has to be returned by email to <a href=\"mailto:service@igt.nl\">service@igt.nl<\/a> before shipping the instrument so we know what can be expected, when and with which problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All shipments will be accepted \u201cas received\u201d. We do not take any responsibility for shipping damages.<\/li>\n<li>We will not make any remarks on delivery documents except if for us obvious, if we make these comments we are not accepting any responsibility for the completeness and further handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>IGT will make a quotation for the total repair of the instruments, if a separate quotation for shipping damage is required, additional costs of \u20ac 250,- per instrument will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If additional work or action is required e.g. for dealing with insurance companies or expert investigation, additional costs at an hourly rate of \u20ac 140,- will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igt.nl\/sg\/refund-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to go to the return form and information<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes it is necessary to send IGT equipment back to our office.
