The correlation with the commercial printing press enables reproducible proofing, with the least possible dropouts during the printing process.<\/p>\n<p>The ink section with an engraved anilox roller and doctoring system, a sector with the printing form (photopolymer) and a sector on which the substrate is mounted generate a high-quality<br \/>\nprint according to a pre-set profile. A powerful computer accurately controls all movements. Profiles can be easily created and\/or adjusted on the touchscreen monitor.<\/p>\n<h4>Characteristics<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kiss-print printing force principle: <\/strong>The pressure (force) between anilox and both sectors are controlled very accurately with sensors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open-chamber doctoring system: <\/strong>This doctoring system brings the doctor blade into contact with the anilox roll, allowing precise ink dosing. The open- chamber doctoring system prevents ink running off to the edges of the anilox, which may cause fouling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advanced clamping system: <\/strong>The printing form (photopolymer) can be easily clamped and changed. If required, a compressible clich\u00e9 tape can be mounted underneath the photopolymer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Substrate sector: T<\/strong>he substrate is secured in clamps and can be easily removed after printing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Replacing anilox roll and sectors: <\/strong>If necessary, both the anilox roll and sectors can be changed easily and quickly, without readjustment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User-friendly interface: <\/strong>The operator receives clear instructions when performing a print job.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anilox roll: <\/strong>Has a width of 100 mm with a 95% screening.
