50 mm , rubber disc 65 Shore A for C1-5 & Orange Proofer

This disc is the replacement for disc 402.087, as the coated discs could no longer be manufactured!

Rubber printing discs are suitable to print on smoother materials e.g. coated papers.

Note: For information on cleaning instructions: Cleaning solvents that can be used.
If in doubt about a cleaning agent, please contact IGT Testing Systems and/or send a recent SDS of this cleaning agent, so that IGT can investigate the suitability.

The lifetime of the rubber covered parts is limited, if properly handled, to a maximum of two years.

The transfer characteristics of rubber rollers can be changed by, for example, using them for different applications, inks, insufficient cleaning, unsuitable cleaning solvents and aging.
