Automated printability tester with single printing shaft dedicated to the Pick test.

IGT Amsterdam family are a new range of Printability testers with integrated, camera based, analysis systems. The range consists of testers with one to six printing shafts for maximum flexibility of test methods. The long range of test methods can be extended with user defined methods. With that it is capable to perform all tests of a Global Standard Tester P plus the tests of a Global Standard Tester 3, including combinations of constant and increasing speed in one test method.

IGT Amsterdam P is especially designed for QC purposes, it is prepared to do in-line analysis of pick ISO 3783. Additionally mottling, Heliotest, print penetration, IGT roughness and hydro-expansivity with a camera based analysis system.
